Fitness Pioneer Jack LaLanne to Do Live Internet Radio Show On Modavox VoiceAmericaT Network

He is responsible for disseminating fitness information in every medium including books, television, radio, videos, recipes, websites, products and motivational speeches. And now, he's spreading his good word about fitness on live internet radio - at 93 years of age.

The show will feature, along with Jack LaLanne, his wife Elaine LaLanne and Jack's 30-year-old nephew, Chris LaLanne, who is a body-builder, kinesiologist, and personal trainer. The show will feature information about diet, exercise, proper nutrition and mental well-being, and will include a 15-minute email and call-in segment during which LaLanne will respond live to audience questions.
